I would like to monitor the motor on my new to me 2015 Tracker 175 with the 75 HP Merc 4 stroke. I read some of the posts after searching but am still not sure what I need to get. Talk to Don? What do y'all recommend?

Are you talking about the mercury vessel view? If so it just comes as a plug and play unit that you view data on your cell phone or i pad. Works great!

That is what I am thinking about. I guess I need to drop $500 to get one?
How do I find out how many hours are on the motor?
The vessel view mobile is a quick install and among other things will show you hours through the app. An actual mercmonitor is much more expensive but a lot nicer as you do not have to use a phone or tablet.

They had a heck of a sale on the vessel view not long ago but im sure its over now.
