225 VMAX HPDI Diag Results Question

Diags on my buddies 2004 225 HPDI today, because he's been having a low power condition Ranger Z20 will plane but motor winds up real slow and outboard feels sluggish. 121 hours, 84 of them below 1000rpm, No codes, and the only thing shown in the software is what's in the attached. Says Cylinders 2-3 are not firing on the running test and electric oil pump is "low". Not sure if this is normal or not.

I believe this to be a fuel delivery issue, as the primer ball has been not getting firm when primed and it's fairly old. It used to get firm when primed.

Could be lots of other filters I know, just wondering if any of the yamaha guys may know what this result of the running diags means.

Compression is good on all cylinders 112-118 across the board cold.

Ok, so I found out that Yamaha drops 2 and 3 when at idle and not in gear so that makes sense.

I'll keep searching on the oil pump "low" condition.

Thanks to those who have looked at my post.

If the engine thinks the oil is low in the tank maybe it's in limp mode? Is the float in the engine mounted tank working properly, wiring harness that sends that signal from the tank tight and corrosion free? I'm only thinking out loud here and trying to offer suggestions. I don't have any personal experience with that issue. Also, I'm not sure if that is referring to the engine mounted tank or the large reserve tank in the bilge but I would suspect the engine mounted tank.

Thanks Bass Junkie. The oil level in the engine mounted tank is near the top between the arrows. Visual inspection didn't show me any corrosion and everything truthfully looked about factory new in there.

    I appreciate the thoughts...
