I've skipped the opener as well the last few years since being retired. Fox Lake Monday or Tuesday for me.

Working the grave yard this weekend, but managed to stop at a flowage not far from home and wreak havoc on the smallies, all fatties! Weather pending I'll be headed to the Madison chain Monday for what's become an opening weekend tradition for me!

High Falls was 3 hours of nothing, zero, zilch. Going to have to invest some more time there.
Menomonee River is high and the current is running at between 4-4.5 mph.
Managed 3 nice smallies out of the river, but if you didn't drop it right on top of them you weren't going to be successful.
The current was so strong we had to weight the wacky rigs just to get them from floating!
#8 X-Raps got us a couple also.
