    Depends on where you place the remote switch. I used a 6' cable on mine and placed in in the rear splash well area.

    Some guys make a bracket and mount the switch inside the back compartment .. no holes to drill

    6ft if in splashwell or bilge. Mine is on bracket in bilge. If mounting near console get the longer one.

    i have a 2016 179trx...put mine on the side of the splashwell, with a 6ft. cable....smart investment....

    Having a hard time telling how the bracket is made and mounted . Can you get anymore pictures when you have time. I bought a remote drain plug 3 years ago and still haven't gotten around to mounting it .

    Depends how handy u are with sheet metal. Or a good piece of Lexus glass .. . Make a paper template. We’re you want to mount . There is enough fiberglass in any deck lid to screw it on . Plus the Lexan glass . A little heat you can bend it to make ur bracket

    Keep in mind you need to lubricate the O-RING on the plug about twice a year.

    I use Parker O-Ring lubricant on mine.
