Out brim fishing half day on Thursday. Still fish in the 3-5 lb range waiting to spawn in addition to the post spawned fish out chasing bait.

Waaay to many tourists on the bent rod pattern and no shame when it comes to crowding in on you. Water temp 75. Still very little grass. Just a few days till rockfish season opens and no more nonsense to deal with.

The bent rod thing is frustrating. Most normal people see someone catching a fish and just say "he got one", and get back to casting. The grass shortage is concerning. This years spawn won't have many survivors with no place to hide.

Same thing yesterday Kevin. The bent rod pattern used to consist of watching and coming back later. Now they just troll up to a cast away while your still there. And this is on a Thursday? I bet the weekends are allot worse.

Simple resolution. Pole down, stick every one there, and relocate the 5 biggest ones making sure they see you catch each one. They don't like that much.

Remember: <3% of the fisherman catch >97% of the fish.

That rain keeps the saltwater below the 301 and allows the grass to grow allot better.
