Most Mobil1 5w20 and 5w30 grades meet the dexos specification. If you want to run an extended oil change interval go with a full synthetic Mobil1. If you change your oil every 3000-5000 miles you won’t be able to tell the difference with the Delco synthetic blend.
Stick with Mobil 1, and change it as directed by the OLM system. I use Castrol Edge full synthetic, and change it about every 8,000-9,000 miles. It’s Dexos compliant as is Mobil 1.

I use Mobil 1 in my trucks. I have for several years. I’m not sure about the AC oil.. the Mobil 1 has never let me down.

Dexos 1 is a synthetic blend, not full synthetic like Mobil 1.

Oil is one of those items that everyone has an opinion on and no verifiable facts. Run any oil in the right specs and you'll be fine.
All the Dexos oil I sell now is full synthetic. When it first came out it was a blend
Your vehicle probably calls for 'sm' or 'sl' rated oil (owners manual). That is all that is required.
