    Hydrilla on Eufaula

I haven't been to Eufaula in about a year. Most of my fishing has been above the railroad trestle at Georgetown/Eufaula.

I understand there is now some hydrilla in the lake, but I have never seen it where I fish. How far toward the dam do you have to go to get into hydrilla?

Not sure about that direction, but south of Cowikee around the Duck Blind I've seen some.

I was at Eufaula last week, much of the hydrilla on the north end isn't up yet, but that's not where it was most prevalent in the past. It was just about everywhere (below the bridge) until the flood 2 years ago. Now most of the hydrilla is all the way down by the dam on the GA side.

FYI, most of us caught ours last week on swimjigs in the emerging pads, real shallow
