Anybody have any recommendations for lodging in Door County? My camping trip has turned into more of a family vacation so we need a couple rooms. Looking for a lodge/motel that is in Fish Creek or further up the peninsula. Obviously, it must be boat friendly. Thanks for any advice.

We stay at Newport resort in Egg Harbor, indoor pool and playground. Also stayed at pine grove lodge in ephraim, also has indoor pool. Both of these places are close to launches.
Try Beach Harbor Resort in Surgeon Bay. Launch on premise and free. Fish cleaning hut. decent rooms and prices. Things to do for kids. Have a little restaurant bar for with music on Friday-saturdays.
I stay at beach harbor early in the year. If you are going up mid summer the fishing is better around sister bay which is almost an hour north of sturgeon bay.
