    Vault hub?

I noticed the black cap is not sticking out like the other one and a little yellow fluid on it . Very small amount. Does it need fixed. It’s about flush with the cap . Thanks

The protrusion of the center cap will vary a bit. I would clean off the hub and see if there is any more fluid found. If it stays dry you are OK if it leaks some more you need a new seal.

Check the inside of the rim. If you have grease you need a new seal and outer cap.

There is a seal between the plastic center and the outer silver hub cap.

I wonder if this is what is leaking I can see grease in between the black cap and the silver part . I wouldn’t think anything should be there . I cleaned it up really good I guess I’ll watch it close

I have a spare cap and a o ring . I wonder if I should just replace both to be safe ? Should I just fill the cap full of the grease and replace or pump new into the spindle too?

If you have a spare I would install it to be on the safe side and top up the hybrid grease. I would think most Ranger dealers would stock the Vault grease and the UFPsite can tell you how much to fill it.

Installed one of my spare caps and a oring. Filled up with the correct grease and all seems ok now . Cap popped out indicating it’s pressured up.

Anything leaking I’d get checked. I just had one fail. Now replacing the whole torsion arm assembly.
