Ebay. Or, Tacklewarehouse has the Citica I on sale for $125. Pretty killer deal.
Besides buying used I am not sure what your options are
For the best deals on Shimano Reels i have been buying from Japan ,, Digitaka is one and there are several more good shops if you look
Reels from Japan is the cheapest route as already mentioned.
No good deals on NRX recently for some reasons.
That sucks to hear Tackle Trap no longer offering Shimano...

I ordered a NRX from LandBigFish a couple of weeks ago and it accepted their coupon code, Easter weekend (5days later) I ordered a GLX and they didn't accept the Easter coupon code. I called to ask why they gave me the MAP pricing policy whatever so my response was basically "I guess I just got lucky on the NRX?" Their response was yea.
Some say they were snitched out because of selling below MAP, don't know if that's true. I know they gave me some great deals on a couple NRX and an Aldeberan MGL.
