    Prop help, need prop advice.

I have a 2017 ranger rt198p with a evinrude etec g1. It came from the factory with a rebel 21p prop, but that is the wrong prop because it was revving to high. The wot on this outboard is 5850rpm, and the 21p was turning at 6000rpm+. So, I swapped it out for a 22p raker h.o. and it got the rpms down, but still right around 5900rpm. A buddy has the same setup with a 24p raker and gets 5300rpms. Seems like a 23p raker would be the best, but they dont make one. Could I get a 24p raker turned down to a 23p? Or could I get the 22p raker turned up a pitch? Thanks for your help.

Marks Razor3 may be a good option as well as a 23P Tempest Plus with the proper hub kit for your motor.
