HDS9 Gen3

So I purchased a newer boat with two HDS9 Gen3's, I installed two new Power Poles, the HDS units pick up both poles through the Bluetooth connection but won't pair up, plus I cannot find the Power Pole tab on the main menu. Called Lowrance many times and all I get is someone who' knows nothing, hey didn't even know who Power Pole was..HELP

I would double check the System Settings and make sure the Power Pole feature is enabled. Also you might get more response in the main Lowrance section.
