Helix 10SI and 12SI G2Ns Linked, but don't see each other.....

They were rigged by the dealer, each unit only lists itself when you go to the Network settings.... Ethernet is connected. Where should I start?
Software for both has been updated to 1.9

If Ethernet is connected, you wait until Ethernet is recognized by each unit.

I was using the Ethernet Switch yesterday and it took a few minutes before the DI unit got the SI tab.

Then you have an installation issue. Mine are rock solid, every time.

So far in my testing I cannot verify what the issue is? It is a simple cable with two simple dongles, so as long as the connections are tight between the three pieces, and they are plugged into each unit, it should work?
I don't have access to extra dongles without buying new, I do believe I found an extra ethernet cable in my stash of HB extra parts from years ago just the other day, but have not had the time to verify it is correct.
Being intermittent I don't know if OHM testing will be of any help???

Besides that both units are preforming great.............. 9 DI g2n & 10 SI g2n

Could be where the cables are run causing interference. Could be a short in one of the cables.

I found the problem! The Dongle was not connected under the bow plate...

This may be my fault as I may have disconnected it to clean up and arrange the cables when I hooked up my Hydrowave.
