Thinking about getting a PS30

But a little concerned about how well it will work on my aluminum hull boat. The strakes are 5 1/2” apart center to center with 3 1/2” Of actual smooth bottom between.
Not sure how wide the PS30 is but looking at pictures it appears to be at least as wide as the center to center distance.
Will I get to much interference. Hate to spend that much only to find out it’s not usable.
