    Mercury VesselView Mobile data accuracy?

Recently installed Mercury VesselView Mobile on a new 2019 18TRX with a newMercury 200 Pro XS Optimax. When comparing the VesselView RPM readings in real time against my in dashRPM gauge VesselView is about 300 RPM less regardless of engine speed. Trying to determine which one is correct, VesselView or the analog gauge manufactured by Faria.

Is there any data on the reported accuracy of VesselView Mobile?

Don't have vessel view..I can bury the tach needle on my Triton aluminum rig and never touch the limiter on the 115 pro xs...that tach has to be off by 300-500 rpm easy. 21 tempest plus. If it were me..Id trust the digital data over those cheap guages...and faria makes lower end stuff too.

Vessel view is correct, like others said I wouldn't trust a cheap faria gauge.
