Sure hope his condition is just temporary. Our cat is family to us. Know just how you feel. Best of luck.

I have been through about the same. I sure hope for the best. We have had many cats throughout the years. They are definitely a great part of our lives. Each has their own personality. The same for dogs or any pet. They hold a special meaning to us, besides being a companion. Our cats have been a comfort for all three of us. Something very special. Good thoughts and prayers for you and your cat. (

Wishing your cat a speedy recovery. Our cats are family, same as our dog, when they age it is never easy.

I have the same deal, seriously, weird to say the least. Our rescued cat is 16 and she has not been herself so Saturday we had a brunch scheduled but she was so sluggish that we went to the vet instead.
Long story short she has an extremely elevated white blood cell count and after further test she has cat leukemia, prognosis is not good.

When our cat got ill we had to stick a needle in him to give him intravenous medicine. I felt like I was hurting him. Good luck with your pet.

Thanks everyone for their prayers. My cat was getting sicker and sicker. I took him to 3 different vets and the outcome was he had cancer that allowed urin to get in his abdomen. They were attempting to do a blood transfusion when his heart stopped 2 times. I was able to be with him in his last moments. I am heartbroken but I know he will see me again. Thanks everyone again, Larry

I'm sorry about your pal, Larry.

Been there with dogs and with cats, too... They ALL hurt.
