360 transom and Helix SI g2n losing 2D with 1.900

Am I really the only one with this issue?

2D freezes and of course lose depth any time the 360 (transom mount) is deployed.

This is with 1.900 on either of my Helix 10 SI g2n or Helix 12 SI g2n.

It happens every time and when just using one graph at a time, everything else off (mk tm ipilot, other graphs, etc.)

360 has the most up to date 2.030 software.

I called HB and their customer service weren't aware of any known issues. I've also been keeping an eye out for any other folks that mention this but haven't seen anything.

I guess my next step would be to downgrade to 1.84 but if no one else is experiencing the problem then I'm not sure it will get addressed in future updates.

Any suggestions, guys?

What is your voltage reading on the screen when not using 360 and when it is being used?

It's not a power issue. I've recreated the scenario while plugged into the charger.
I've tested it from two separate units, a Helix 12 SI or Helix 10 SI as a separate 2D source, both running software 1.900.
With just a single unit and the 360 powered on, the 2D screen freezes and depth drops off.
The only way to get 2D to start pinging again is to reboot. Sonar on/off, standby, deselect & reselect as a 2D source all do nothing.

Is anyone else running a transom 360 and Helix g2n with software 1.900?
I'd love to hear of anyone else noticing or not noticing this issue.
