    Question Starter moving within mounting bracket???

    The starter moves about a 1/8" rotation within mounting bracket. Is this normal? The brackets on the top and bottom cannot be tightened anymore.

    Some movement is normal, but I would be checking the Rubber Bumper on the starter bracket, to make sure that it is there and still intact.
