I purchased a new HB Helex and had to send the transom mount transducer back to get a trolling motor transducer. I was told after I sent it that t will be 3 weeks before I can get one. Wow, I love Hummingbird products but that seems crazy?

The place I purchased it from and Humminbird said they do this all the time, there is no cost difference

OK, that what you have to do with that model.
The 9, 10 and 12 MEGA SI+ transducer is the same one for the transom and trolling motor so an exchange is not needed, just need a trolling motor mount.
