I have a Solix 10 Mega+ SI / DI Chirp and I cant get the Fishsmart app to see my unit.
The phone is connected via Bluetooth but when I go to System in the app No units show up. Same for the All-Devices tab.
When I pair the phone with the Solix it asks for permissions and shows its paired. Just cant get the app to see the unit.
Never had this issue with my Helix.
Wanted to use Fishsmart to update firmware like I did with the Helix.
Anyone else experience this?

It never connected to Solix and I already removed the Helix...
Still nothing..

My Solix 12 G2 will not connect to my phone but my phone will connect to my other 2 Solix. Sounds like a software issue.Originally Posted by einsteins

Mine is a gen 1 also. Did you try it on your gen1? Bob
Phone connects to my G1 no problem. The other Solix that my phone connects to is a G2.

What software are you running on the Solix. There was an update at one point that needed to be completed, as the "last" one with an SD card. After that the unit and app would be able to link software updates.
I have a G2 at the console and a G1 on the bow. I can pair my phone with the G2 Console unit just fine but it wont show up in the Fishsmart app under devices.
I have removed the app and reinstalled it, still nothing. I have not even turned on the G1 bow unitit to try it.
Both Solix are are on Software version 3.36.

Mine is a G1 at 3.30 so I can still use my Onix with it. May be something with the newer updates as CapW suggests. Bob
