Why does my password not work after I log out?

So I've had this issue a lot here on BBC. I set my password and click to remember and I have no problems logging on. I have another computer at work that I try to login with the same credentials and it keeps saying incorrect so I have to go through the process and request a new password again. I do the same process as above. Once I get logged in with the new generated password, I change my password back to what was using to begin with and it works fine. I know the login credentials are correct but they won't work and I always have to go through the process of resetting the password.

My guess would be that it has something to do with your work computer. A security program in place perhaps that doesnt allow previously keyed in passwords ?

My office network won’t even allow you to log into BBC... if my laptop and phone would do the same I would have saved a bunch of money over the years ... trying to keep up with all you Jones’s.

This issue happens on both my home pc and work pc.

Have you tried different browsers?

I only use Chrome but that shouldn't be an issue.
