fury 4 prop size for stratos 201 pro xl

Currently running a Yamaha T1 3blade prop.

Setup
2005 stratos 201 pro xl dual console.
24volt trolling motor (2 batteries)
250 yamaha ox66 (1 starting battery)
(2) 8' power pole blades
10 manual slidemaster jackplate
prop to pad 3.5" below pad

medium- heavy tackle in compartment boxes

I am looking to change to a 4blade fury prop.

What size pitch would be a good size?
What type of hub would i need to use the fury 4?

I was thinking fury 25 pitch.
