Hi all today I installed a new solix to run my new 360. For some reason the ping on/off shortcut on the top bar touch screen isn’t working. It highlights but nothing happens. I can turn the ping on/off in the menu just fine. The other shortcuts on the top work fine. Anyone have any ideas?

That only happens when the Solix doesn't recognize the 360. Is the number 360 at the top right lit up when you push 360 on/off?

Capw. Yes it’s lit up and I can turn the ping on and off with the slide bar in the menu.
