Awesome. I hear that 200 is a beast, comparable to a 225 Opti. Post some numbers for us!
soon as it gets wet I will

couldnt do any long top speed runs. barely 90 mins on it. but so far it is an absolute animal..hole shot is viscous even at quarter trim and part throttle .full throttle hole shot is insane. 22pitch bravo .20 mph cruise I can carve and turn circles no need for throttle changes. cruise mpgs went from.4.5 mpg 225optimax to 6.4mpg on the 200 v8.
during a quick 5-10 second burst of WOT broke 63mph#6100 rpm and was still picking up.
mid range cruise 40-50 mph still .5mpg better than optimax . low speed cruise is nearly 40% better
engine is almost silent below 30mph.
so the v8 does everything better so far.
top speed is still an unknown till break in done
but should be quicker than the old 225 opti

What prop are you running on that new motor? Bravo 1? Bravo 1 Fs? I just got a bravo 1 FS 23p and its an animal.

ya it's an xs but i plugged all the holes.
I over rev with the 22 so I ordered a new 24. bravo xs ( just because resale is better on xs )
24 trophy ran 66 but holes shot was worse and low speed plane was worse and fuel burn was higher. 24 bravo will give up a mph or 2 when light but loaded she might be better
