Upgrading wheels from 14" to 15" on a tandem axle

Has anyone up sized their wheels on a Ranger tandem axle and not had any bottoming out issues? Looking to change wheels and figured to move from 14's to 15's.

If you have the torsion axles, they can be adjusted for taller wheels. You also can go to a lower profile tire. What year/model trailer do you have? Someone with a similar trailer probably can tell you what they’ve done.

TDE torsion axles are not easily adjustable.

Correct, but anything can be fabricated to lower the axle. Not that I would recommend nor do that. But still COULD be done.

Wheel size goes up doesn’t mean tire diameter does . Look at tire rack or others for the plus1 plus 2 calculator

this, little smaller diameter tire and you will be exactly the same no matter what size rim just keep your load rating close to the same
