At that distance you would have to go with at least 700 KCMIL in aluminum to sustain 150 amps at 240V to have less than 3% drop.

This is the reason they run power at high voltage and step it down very close to the point of use. Compare your cost to having a HV service line run with the cost of such cable and the poles and hardware that would be required to support it. Not going to be cheap.

You need to base the voltage drop on how many amps you will actually be pulling with a small buffer added, there are free sites online with voltage drop calculators.

Aside from the cost and how hard 800mcm would be to work with you won't find a meter can or 200a panel with breaker lugs big enough to fit that let alone getting into the panel.

Trench along the driveway bury a 4" and two 3" conduits. Pull in the primary in the 4" to a transformer pad. Put transformer within 100' of camp. Then run from there to the camp with the secondary. Should be able to do all that for around 10-12 grand. No biggie right. We here at BBC all pay cash for everything. The 3" would be for cable and telephone.
