How to find service manual

Seems like it shouldn't be this difficult, I'm assuming I'm missing something.

How can I find different service manuals that match different motors?

I tried looking it up by serial number and nothing, and tried with the size/how and nothing.

This is the serial number I need now (2 stroke 60hp 1996): 0G290585...but I'd like to find different manuals for various others as well.

I have looked up the parts list for particular motors. The manual required for a certain motor will be listed as a part number in one of the categories of parts.
