realistically, how much is a 2000 x51 worth with a bad powerhead? The boat and trailer are in really good condition. It has a newer trolling motor and batteries. New on board charger, but planning to keep the electronics. I’m trying to weigh my options between selling as is or finding a new motor and keeping it. Thanks in advance!

That's a tough call. Try to find the same boat with a good motor and cut that price in half maybe ? I've bought a couple different boat and trailers before as projects but I've not paid actual value for them so....
What i would do is figure out what itll cost to rebuild then subtract that from the value of a comparable one thats complete
