    Ranger cover?

    Does anyone have any experience towing with a factory Ranger cover that doesnt have the soft liner material? I know there are several grades and mine is for a 188vs that does not have the soft liner material on the underside. I use it every now and again but have never towed with it. I am planning on a short trip and expect some rain so I was considering trying to tow it with this cover. Will the non lined Ranger covers scratch the gel when towed?

    I haven't noticed any damage on mine and it's an 02. I seen on here where guys will wrap their boat with food wrap (Saran Wrap) prior to putting on their tarp.
