Dual Pro Tri Power PS3 onboard charger

To make a long story short, i bought this charger brand new about a year ago, maybe 2 yrs ago. Has worked flawlessly. Put the batteries in my boat after a long offseason and towed the boat to a local lake to get the boat started. Either on my way in or way out from the launch (It was pretty bumpy), the boat/trailer must have bounced a bit and caused one of the leads to my starting battery to come disconnected where the inline fuse is. Not realizing this at the time, which was about 4 days ago, I plugged the charger in to top off/ maintain the batteries. Well tonite I noticed it and after checking the fuse and etc, plugged it back in but that 1 bank has 5 solid red led's showing and will not change to the charging mode. Please don't tell me I fried that bank. The other 2 banks for my TM batteries is working fine. Is there a way to sort of reboot it? I know the Dual Pros can be repaired but hoping its just something I am overlooking.
