    That’s a 209
if the top hull is in good shape with no cracks around the transom area, that’s a good one..
    great ride there!

Thank you. Are you going by picture or number because dealer insists it’s a 19 footer? But I thought 19’s are only rated for 200 hp this is a 225.

There are a lot of cracks around the boat all seaming to be minor. I would be doing a complete cap off restoration any concerns?

I have a 1995 209 and no cracks anywhere. I know these boats well and have not seen stress cracks like these, especially on top

Mine has a few cracks about half way down the front deck but not on transom like that one. The 209 is rated for a 235...err... a 250 if the plate falls off going down the lake.

Mike - If the Hull ID is SOEUS96HC595 it is a 1995 209TE manufactured in March of 1995.

Do those transom cracks run all the way across. A few gamblers have developed cracks near that spot on the transom and its most likely caused by the top cap becoming loose in that area flexing. Unless they go all the way across the back of the transom then I would really be concerned.

I would not say all the way across but they were about a foot long.
