2018 175 ProXS slow to start - sometimes

I use to have a 2008 Optimax that would fire up as soon as the key would turn, every time. I purchased a new 2018 175 ProXS (2 stroke) in September and there is sometimes a delay of 3 to 4 seconds before it fires (almost like it needs to be choked). It could be first thing in the morning, or anytime during the day. I would say half the time it fires right up and the other half the delay occurs. Is that normal, or do I need to have it checked out? Thanks!

In case it's needed: SN:2B529136. Running 23P Tempest Plus. Max RPM 6000

It takes a short bit of time to build fuel pressure. Turn the key on, wait a couple of seconds then crank the motor
    Thank You Leon Pugh

I checked the battery. It's an Interstate 27M-XHD. According to their website it has 1000 cranking amps (800 cold cranking).

Meets engine only, no accessories, minimum capacity. See this FAQ topic - "BATTERIES THAT MEET THE REQUIREMENT"
