Only thing I know of are some evening pot tournaments at ceasers creek. Rocky fork and paint creek. Monday , Tuesdays Thursdays or Fridays.

Night fishing gets great june july and august,,,,april-not so good,,,at least in Ohio. That's pretty much how I fish 75% of the time. At night.

Right now the shad spawn is starting up here. The most fun time I have ever had fishing at night. You gotta know how to do it properly.
Right there with ya on the time restraints, and love goin at night. Thinkin april is a little early but never tried it either
