    Pump next to bilge pump

    Have a question on a 2005 Tr 196. Next to the bilge pump there is another pump mounted on the bottom next to bilge pump. Looks like it could be original, it is reddish orange color. Pump is melted and does not work. The question I have is what would it be for. It's different then all the others, the tail/hose line screws on the pump kinda like a garden hose, 1"" in size and looks like all the other hoses. All other pumps are in place and work, bilge, pumpout, livewells and Airirater. All other pumps are white. Thanks

    If the bilge pump works with a switch, the other pump is probably an auto bilge pump.

    My guess would be somewhere along the way there was an another bulge pump added

    Could have been an auto bilge that got stuck and burnt up.
