    Slow start so far, but I did catch one good one yesterday!

    6 lbs 2 oz on a black/blue chatterbait/swimbait combo. Water was 52 degrees, caught her at about 10am while it was still cloudy & a light breeze was blowing through. Caught her in about 4' of water over some grass, right on the edge of a big spawning flat, where the grass line ends and it drops down to a good sized pocket of deeper water.

    Nice fish
    I made it to Canobie lake on Saturday . Water temp was a 47.
    Only caught 1 two pound lg all day.

    I got out Friday for about 2 hours, Saturday afternoon for about 4 hours, and Sunday morning for about 5 hours. Caught one bass at all three ponds. It's been a slow go so far to start the season in this area...
