    21X FLOOR DRAIN INSTALL

I'm wanting to install a floor drain, because those cheesy little water drains Triton put under the seats are terrible.
    Has anybody installed a drain?
I'm scared to drill a 2" hole in my floor.
I need to know where to drill without hitting any vital part of the boat.
    Anybody know?

I haven't done it on my Triton, but my last boat had a center drain and water pooled up in the corners depending how the boat sat in the water or on the trailer after fishing in the rain. I drilled a 1/4" hole in both corners for water to drain into the bilge.

Had a 2012 triton . The 2 small drain hole with the carpet just knife slit for the water to drain . But was too slow. I found
a small piece of tubing the size if the hole , removed the drain screen inserted the tube so the hole was wide open the put the cover
back on. Worked great after that .. carpet was restricting the flow ..

I've cut the carpet, at the drains.
I'm tired of messing with those bs drains,
I want to put in a floor drain
Does anybody have any insight where I can drill about a 2" hole without damaging the structure of the boat.
    Thanks
