Timing on 1994 25hp mercury 2 stroke. OG002921

Hello,

I need to set my timing on my motor and was wondering what the idle timing and advance timing should be set at? I had to find TDC since I had the fly wheel off but I believe the timing needs adjusted due to playing with linkage. Motor is backfiring. Thanks!
