that ser num doesn't have top hat filter,filter is connected to bottom of pump in vst,not gona be your problem, how long before it goes to 0, possible leak in inj housing, or inj stuck open, just fixed one today inj stuck wide open

As soon as the pump turns off it drops to 0

It is a 2000 200 efi it bogs down when I take off Idles good wide open is good.
How can I tell which Inj is leaking.
remove front of inj housing key up and yoll see leak if there is one, be very careful working with fuel inj with batt connected

You can check pretty easily if you verify no other leaks (rail, rail o-rings, Pressure Regulator, etc).
If you have a pressure tester, it could be connected to the fuel OUTLET nipple and you could then pressurize the nipple with your TESTER to see if the pump holds pressure (it would jump to the VST vent if the Top-Hat seal leaks).
