    Lol, he must have used an image hosting site that deletes the pic after a day or 2. I swear there were 2 pics briefly.

    I never posted pic.
    I sprayed some wd40 on bushing and took to lake. All works good now.
    The previous spring was on there for 10 years.

    Usually it’s the throttle cable that places wear on the spring. Get a new throttle cable and don’t place it in a bind on the install. If this is Mercury buy ONLY a Premium or Platinum style Mercury Cable as those are flat wire wrap on the cable jacket and work extremely smooth.
