Notable New Hazards in Flats Area

    Guys,

At one time I knew the Flats area pretty well. I use to share my Lowrance Trails with numerous members and pros that frequent this page. Its been 2 years since I last fished the upper bay (Flats Area) — kids sports, work, etc. I recall a while back some saying there were some new hazards (trees, etc.) that came into the area after the major flooding — where are the hazards?

    Thanks —

Something new to "find" every year. Especially with the ice we've had the last couple winters.

I was out there last weekend, we didn't see anything new as far as trees stuck in the bottom, however there is A LOT of debris floating around out there of various sizes. I'm sure more will be added after this latest round of rain.

I think there are some very considerate and cautious anglers that will mark the new hazards for safety. I keep a bunch of empty jugs for just this reason.
