I have been catching fish pretty good so far this year but my buddy Gary keeps blanking out. We decided to go to Stockton because we usually get tons of bites there. I was doing everything I could to get Gary bit. We put in at the north ramp at Mutton Creek at about 10am. It was a beautiful, warm, blustery day. We really expected to catch a lot of fish but it turned out to be a really tough bite. Every where we went the water temperature was still in the upper 40's. Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing......everywhere we went. Finally about 1 or 2pm we found some 50-51* water and I started picking up a few. Gary STILL didn't get bit.
