Wedge for 2006 TR186?

Do all Triton boat models require a wedge to mount a Ultrex? I have a 2006 TR186 and I am buying a new Ultrex. Will a wedge be required?

Thanks for the reply Bruce, what model? I was not sure if this is an issue confined to the Ultrex or not?
