What both of them said. They were never easy to find and sure ain't gettin' any easier. Best suggestion ref IndianaBasser - do a net search on the topic and you should find a number of different approaches/materials on building one.....if you're reasonably handy.
Try Great Lakes Skipper, I have used them in the past for parts.
