    2018 Optimax 200hp... 5 second beep, within a minute of start up.

    Ive searched and searched and all I see is short beeps mean this and a constant beep is bad news.. Well I have an in betweener...
    Within a minute or so of cranking it over, whether I leave it idling or take off on plane, I get (1) 5 second long beep. Motor does not go into guardian and shows no sign of not running correctly.

    Will be happy to provide serial # tonight if needed but any clue would be GREATLY appreciate!

    I have the same problem with a 175 Optimax. It just started today. I can’t find anything on it either.

    The 2.0/2.4/2.5L forum covers the 135/150/175 Optimax. Fastest way to know what the problem is - WARNING HORN "BEEPED"
