    Spring cleaning...

    So started spring cleaning. Found 2 sets of black widow grips in red/ black and white/ black.. Also Winn dri tak full install kit. This is all great BUT been on light duty at work due to l5 in back. I do not even know if I can swing a club😬

    You'll be able to swing a club...somewhat. Been there and done that with herniated L5 and S1 about 10 years ago. The worse part was the pain in the left calf. The follow through was a bitch.

    I pulled/strained a muscle in my wrist, fishing last weekend.... I have no idea how. I've got a 3 day golf trip planned for this weekend for my buddies birthday/bachelor party. I tried to make a few swings yesterday in the yard, I almost dropped the club it hurt so bad.
