Well apparently I don't know how to upload photos. I had some pretty neat photos. But I can't figure this app out.

There you go. As long as you can carry the weight of course it will work. A 12v motor would be much better in this application and lithium batteries obviously would shed weight but they are a lot of money.
Lithium Hub sales a 24V 10Ah and a 24V 50Ah battery.
I don't see any 24-volt on the lithium hub site.
