    Smoker sat idle, what do u guys do

    Been sitting for about 1.5 months without using. All racks were removed and washed and stored in the kitchen. Should I just fire it up on high and let it get hot and kill anything in it, or do I need to clean it

    Should be just fine as long as critters didn't get in there. Fire it up let it warm up and it will kill anything in there.

    Whatever is in there will get toasted. The germs get fried and everything else is extra flavor.
