Blasted a prop last weekend, new one should be here Thurs. I'll be out in Central Oregon next weekend!
Should finally start fishing again soon. My motor is being put back together this week and hopefully will be breaking it in this weekend.
Man the weather has come along nicely...the frogs and lizards are out in force. Time to break out the frog rod.

Finally made it out in northwest MT, ice out this week, found 34 degree water temps and only caught a trout, beats being skunked and having to work!
I was there the week before last......just in time for the rain to come in and cool everything off............not many boats most days (5 on Wednesday I think)......caught a few dinks, had fun......would have uch preferred to be there last week (as they started bedding up). 4 and a 3.5, nice work fella.

Made to Naci Tue and Wed. What a blast! Spots, crappies, white bass, an 8lb catfish on a crappie jig(about killed the wife on her crappie rod!), and a bunch of bluegills interrupting the crappie bite. Taking a buddy down tomorrow and fish around the tournament guys.
Looking forward to fish the CalOpen wednesday through friday. Should be a blast.
Did a double header, fished Perris for a couple hours Saturday caught several in the 1-3 range, then Sunday went to Elsinore to try for Crappie. Only ended up with one 11" bass but it was my first time on that lake and it is completely different than any other lake in the area so it was neat to be in 3' of water and not see the bottom.
