My new winch stand came today. It is mostly like the old one. the safety loop is a little different and it has a support flange on the front at the bottom of the base. I am going to use my old one. I have made some supports and modifications to it. The new still has the same fail points.
That surprises me. Why would they send out the old design? I would expect them to purge all the old style from inventory.

Dealer sent a pic of the 1 I ordered, looks like the old style I had to have welded.
