    MFI Trailer Restoration

Winter project restoring my MFI trailer.

I fabricated a new rear crossmember because the original one was thin in the middle, due to corrosion.

Replaced the original mono leaf springs from 1999.

Sandblasted and painted, with new LED lights and blacked out stock wheels.

    Custom fender wells.

    Blacked-out stock wheels.

    Side bunks removed.

Yep......I actually replaced the carpet on the bunks 5 years ago. I just pressure washed them, and re-installed.

That's a cool idea for the wheels. What did you paint them with?

That looks good. I have a 2000 TR21 and the trailer is what worries me the most. would have loved to see how you got the boat off trailer.
